What are your office hours?
We offer extra call hours outside of normal business hours (9am – 5pm). You can schedule calls starting at 8am and ending 6pm. We can also schedule calls outside of those hours by special request.
How do I get started?
You can schedule a free consultation a number of ways. You can call, use Calendly to schedule a call, or fill out the free consultation form on the website. Both the initial call and in-person consultation are free of charge.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer payment plans. Part of our mission is to make legal services accessible to everyone and will work with you on a payment plan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checks and cash. If you would like to pay online, you can do so from the pay online page.
Where are you located and where should I park?
We are located in downtown Knoxville at 709 Market Street, Knoxville, TN 37902. Check out this link for a parking meters and garages available to you nearby.

We will share a link to your case file online, which will contain all documents related to your case. You are also welcome to email, schedule a call using Calendly, or schedule in-person meetings.
